Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive but management they are not supportive And if you have not done anything wrong but if client said them to remove you from organization they will directly do that . aegis is very good organization but management team is not so good

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
