It is worst company I have ever worked in . I was fresher when I joined the company and my fresher experience was terrible .Here the managers are worst ,they will insist is to manipulate the data and when the data is been reviewed by the high authorities the managers will blame us for this and we will loose our job . They will provide us very less salary and we will have to do the work of double the salary. I've worked in this company for 1.7 years. And this was the worst work experience in my life. If you are such a serious guy then read the below passage carefully. I've explained the real internal scenario of Aegis. If you don't believe in my words then you can join in this company and experience these issues by yourself. 😒 1.) The management is the worst one , they will treat you like a slave. 2.) Employees are forced to work for 12 to 15 hours without any extra payments, 3.) They will always thread you about your job security, and will force you to do extra 5 to 6 hours of working without any extra payment. 4.) Your Supervisor will behave with you very rudely and will use bad words about your parents and family. 5.) They will never grant you any leave for any occasion or any personal emergency work such as - you have an appointment with a doctor for your old parents. 6.) At the end of the year they will not pay you for those leaves which you have not taken and the leaves will not carry forward for the next year. 7.) On the national holidays you have to come to office and you have to do overtime without any extra payment. If you don't come to office on national holidays, you will get ZTP on the very next day. 8.) They will never give you the promised salary which was discussed at the time of interview. You will work for 12 to 15 hours daily but in the report they will show that you have worked for only 6 to 7 hours max. And in this way they will deduct Rs100 to Rs200 on daily basis from your payment. And at the end of the month you will get Rs.3000 to Rs6000 LESS from your original monthly salary. 9.) There is no proper or genuine reason for ZTP. They can throw you out any time whenever they want.
