The canteen, the facility are all excellent, equal to any MNC. There's a lot of wonderful people who work here, some of whom are my friends now.

Dislikes

The company promises 3 hour prior pickup on shift but in reality, it is 3:45 or 4 hours earlier, where the company cab becomes a bus. As a result, one only goes to work and returns. If one is sick, the HR is only interested in documentation, even if someone is sick, the person will be forced to work or even when one take LWP, the management will issue warnings etc. The Foundever values are absolutely lip service, the values are actually only a smokescreen to protect the very real cannibal culture at Foundever....Read More
