The process that I was in had good UK shift timings.
Dislikes
There is a lot of office politics in Sitel. People are promoted not on the basis of hardwork or efficiency but those who are managers pets. They do not value employees. They are bothered about cost cutting most of the time. Appraisals do not happen every year. Work environment is dull and boring.
