Gurgaon Site 1 is very good, the cafeteria is very good, the culture on site 1 is also very good. Salery on time paid it's very good.

Site 2 is very bad The washrooms in Site 2 are very dirty and there is no cafeteria, no canteen and the workstation is also very bad And salary is also very low And there is very less space in site 2. There is a cafeteria and washroom near the workstation. The smell of the washroom comes outside.

very less promotions , zero increment, no salary bonus, Poltical environment , Growths and promotions are pre decided. Now MattsenKumar Has been Acquired by Bill Gosling. There is no Job security of the processes running. 10-11 hours of shift timing

The work culture is pathetic as it is having alot of toxic employees with egoistic mindset who do not support for any sort if growth within the organisation thereby providing poor work life balance. The security for job is not provided as anyone can be terminated according to the organisation requirements even if the mistakes are minor. 1MPQC process is very very poor process. The most important thing in the process is to get the quality variator's efficiency over time. And then overtime pay is never paid. If you do not work overtime then the company will threaten to fire you. 2 Nepotism creeps in the MPQC process till it reaches the top, no one says anything to the quality verifier, even if he makes 50-100 legal passes, he makes everyone safe. 3. This process is also going on in the affairs of team leaders or PS, their girlfriend's mistake, if some legal pass is done or some legal thing is done, then we can save it by doing it as well.. this is much needed or wasted. Why will the thing be a process? 4. Nanveet Singh Sir Narendra Singh Bhisht Sir talks at a different level, he knows whose mistake he is... he looks at him... he keeps the same attitude towards women by meeting both of them. They are adding a lot in PBI, they are trying to reduce their money at every place... other companies have fixed PBI but here both of them get 3 months by changing the PBI structure and give as much money as overtime. He always gave half his salary and never paid the full amount for overtime... 5.the team leader, I don't know who made him the team leader... One thing remains on his face that he will expel me from the company.. First of all there should be a meeting with Rakesh Mishra that he has shown so much courage.
