Unprofessional behaviour from TL or supervisor, eating like child always, les break Vvb timing, monitoring a lot, huge grapevine, lot of politics, Manager always cracks jokes while working on someone personality, high partiality among ladies employees, woman are so rude in both bpo n KPO, even if u see n talk with women, they find footage n report to mgt as we are in 70’s. HR always defends for company side. Back talks n huge gossips after work also by Night Shift employees. Cheap policy on leave , every Saturday work even they don’t reflect govt rules n regulations as second Saturday n last Saturday leave. Zero growth n even we forget what we learned in high school n college. Nonsense talks with colleagues. Wurst culture. Never join n think twice....Read More

It's been very comfortable zone but don't expect more than this. Safe zoon will not give growth and adaptability of new skill.

Major point is HIKE they use to give 4years once. So calculate how it will be affect you. Work environment 1.5/5 Management is not predefined so anyone will be comeup as ask questions. Zero Learning if you are experienced more than 5years. Company has to do skill evaluation test for old employees must. Always asking for band while joining or while you getting hike. Any employee should not interfere others personal life and not to discuss others personal life inside the office premises and same thing needs to follow in the cab also. Unnecessary talk with driver while driving cause of major accidents can be occur so all Lycatians aware about the Do's&Dont's,sticking the papers no use at all, TRAINER is big role of all corporate sector so they need to train how to behave in the office even cab also and duly form need to fill every employee and sign it before the HR taking responsible for self-discipline and decent behaving with all staffs and treat with friendly manner.
