This is based on my personal experience of 2 years in KPO Dept in Lycatel. 1. Poor management and infrastructure facilities. 2. Unqualified managers. Just being in the position based on Number of years they have worked in the company. 3. Lack of knowledge about career growth. 4. No standard appraisal or performance assessment. 5. They spend a lot on LYCA Productions but never cared about Lycatel. Its better not to join here unless you are in definite need of Job<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If they are paying you high package than expected, then you can join and work for 2 yrs</mark>. You can't stay more than that because there won't be any yearly appraisal here....Read More

The manager very smartly threw out several people during pandemic just to secure his job! Thoo-thoo Bobby is good for nothing! He couldn't even crack a new job for himself in last 3 years and several attempts! Appalling work conditions at present in Lycafly gurgaon office!

Don't get trapped into their luring salary/insentive schemes, the manager is an illiterate and thick headed person who thinks he can outsmart anyone! No job guarantee, and repeated salary delays too, and don't expect any solution from thoo-thoo Bobby! No incentives have been paid for over 2 years, although majority of staff is achieving over GBP 10,000 profit consecutively every month for atleast a year!...Read More

I was under the impression that Sutherland Global Services was toughest place I worked in my career but after joining Lycatel only I realized that you don't have time to breathe as you don't have ACW, When the going tough-the gets going. This aptly suits for Lycatel. Only the tough who are willing face challenges ahead will survive as the training lasts for a week and then you are ready for the grind. Most quit during the training, few move to the floor and stay to collect their salary and quit. Only the toughest survive....Read More
