So far, I haven't encountered anything to dislike about working at LTIMindtree. The company provides a supportive and engaging work environment. The work culture is great, teams are good. Leadership is very helpful for work related matters.

Dislikes

HR does not respond, promotions and hires are really bad, even after the top ratings for multiple consecutive years, the promotions are delayed and the hikes are negligible.

Postponing the appraisal cycles and not even giving the arrears of it. No proper recognition for the efforts put on a project and being bias to some people particularly.

It’s the worst company ever for the fresh. Please don’t ever join this company. It will ruin your life completely and manager team lead and even HR or not useful they’re very rude to us. Nobody gives a shit about us. They all want us to work overtime and for some Years they did not even give allowance for working overtime. They justused like a tissue paper and throat they don’t even care about our mental health and no benefits no increment no promotion. It’s all worst. It’s like in hell in the Earth if you’re fresh, please don’t ever consider this company. This will definitely ruin your life as well as your career. Please stay away from this company me and my colleagues and friends are Stuck here and we are suffering a lot to come out of from this company which they are delaying and giving some nonsense reason to give release also please stay away from this company....Read More

Working environment is decent as Mindtree previously had very employee friendly work culture. But since merger with LTI, the work culture has downgraded. Its not the old employee friendly mindtree limited instead a typical corporate culture where employees and their efforts are not acknowledged anymore.

Growth is negligible at this point. Im working 3 years with bare minimum increase in my salary. I get top ratings in my appraisal cycle but no increment at all during promotions. And the management is not at all employee friendly anymore. They will not even consider your genuine problems and literally force you to align with the company policies. Everything is downgraded in this organisation and is going further down overtime. Very disappointed....Read More

There is nothing to like working at LTIMINDTREE. I never suggest anyone to join at LTIMINDTREE. No work life balance and there is no chance to developing our skills . the job security was also not good and main there is no any salary benifits and worst appraisal and promotion system at LTIMINDTREE.
