Company policies are employee friendly. Especially during these Covid times, they have extended a lot of support from Covid leaves to isolation centers and many more. They also focus on the mental health of their employees. They acknowledge their employee's handwork with emails, gifts and letters. Also the increment cycle is smooth and good, as per my experience for financial year 2021-2022.
