There is no cohesive environment, reporting managers are hardly to be found for approving system requests. A predominant culture of Slave and Master is heavily in practice.

Always get support and coordination from senior employees.

Rhythm compliance policy need to revisit. Even with medical reasons adhering this policy and getting approvals from VP level for an employee is not at all convinced for an employee. Especially for female employees who will have lot of other responsibilities with children and elders at home and health issues like hormonal problems based on age, need to give some flexibility on work from home if required and opt by them if approved from project side....Read More
