I resent working for L & T Infotech. L & T should stick to construction and leave the IT industry alone. Prevention is better than cure. It's an unprofessional company.
It is a glorified prison. Short answer: Keep away from this construction company. Read on for the longer version: They hired me as a contract employee for 18 months and did not provide salary slips and Form 16 but they deducted TDS from my salary. After 18 months they were forced by their client to take me on as a regular employee with the same package which blew a huge hole in my take home salary. Numerous calls to the HR and Finance departments were not answered and I could not go and meet them in person because they were based in a different city. You have to wear your ID card(dog tag) even in the car and open the boot of the car each time upon entry/exit. I had to leave my mobile phone in the car because it is not allowed inside the ODC. As I was an individual contributor I didn't have any colleagues though the ODC could seat about 200 employees. My manager who works out of a different city had no clue about the work I do so he/she didn't know how to measure my performance and achievements, all he/she wants is that you sit in your chair for 9 hours with a 30 minute break. Pens, papers, food, chocolates, sweets are taken away by office cleaners when you are not at your desk. A security personnel is posted at the entrance of the ODC and It feels like being patted down like criminals. They lock your computer screen if you don't use the keyboard or mouse for every 3 minutes which poses a problem that when the client is sharing their screen and discussing things I just have to watch the screen and hold on to the phone receiver and then the screen locks. Now I have to enter my password to unlock the screen and request the client to repeat what was shown and this irritates the clients. Repeated complaints to L & T Infotech about this fell on deaf ears. Due to this screen lock policy my arms still pain even after 6 months leaving the company. It will pamper you for initial days,and it has some good facilities like free food after 6 PM, and one time snacks during night shift.
It has no transparency in Appraisal , no grievance monitoring system for any issues And even it is Decreasing packages of Employees in Appraisal and sometimes Demoting peoples. If you want to Learn , then there are not much good projects to learn and improve on your skills, you have to learn on your own.

Delivery of projects are very poor, no fixed goals to achieve, weak discussion in promotions and compensation, saves money in every small things, change in delivery if client ask for changes without well defined procedure, not following any framework for working (at least in my project). No work life balance at all. 90 hr work week is for real. Salary is very less for the amount of work load. No Skill development and growth at all. No career growth. Really frustrating environment. The management lacks professionalism in treating women.
