Work culture is mostly good and you may find supportive managers mostly. They currently have a hybrid working structure which helps in maintaining work life balance. You can get good onsite opportunities if you work for few years patiently and are willing.

Dislikes

There is a follow up culture across several departments - lot of people will not provide you with a plan or information proactively unless you follow up. The company is not a great paymaster and does average increments. HR department is not very active.

Undeterred by my appreciation for the LTIMindtree Ltd company, there are few areas which requires improvement. First thing to mention is that the salary increments are not as expected. Regular and timely salary reviews and increments are crucial for employee motivation and satisfaction. There is a lack of timely communication from management when it comes to the annual increments and other important updates. To maintain the transparency and the trust within the company, clear and consistent communication is very much required. Work life balance is great, Higher management is approachable; they will listen to yo ... yo just need to find appropriate time to talk. Encouraging and Engaging in various roles and appreciating taking diverse responsibilities. Personal learning experience with Pune DATA Pool manager in Promoting skills enhancements and giving clarity of thoughts.

As usual like in any other IT Services company; this year 2024 n last year Increment cycles were delayed. And whatever % given wasn't that great.
