I like the company security here, they are available and friendly all the time, the infrastructure and the interiors are so good, the workspace is very good here, people working in ltim are really helpful and so much passionate, I believe in ever day learning, LTIM learning platform was so much helpful for me.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.

I like that we are engaged in the project. Though I am working in CSS project, learning new technical skills associated to the project. Good thing is they are hiring freshers.

I don't like the management I am under. Also appraisal is way below than expected. I don't like how they are laying us off just for the sake of cost cutting

I got into really good team with great colleagues and good managers. Job security is good till you are in project. But there'll be 60 working days of bench period if not on any project

Could have given negative or 0 stars for salary benifits and hikes. Forget about good appraisals or promotions. Promotions are just for sake of designation without any monetary benefits. You'll get to hear about all expected jargons and blunders like "external factors" and budget. There'll be no consideration of the amount of efforts you're putting in. Hikes will be arbitrary figures without considering anyone's efforts or contribution. HRs are just for sake of designation. Company is spread across multiple locations. LTIMindtree provided transport facility & limited food facility on free of cost. LTIMindtree Office Campus (Owned) majorly are State-Of-the-Art.

LTIMindtree TOP LEADERSHIP is running behind Revenue Growth alone. When projects are not available employees are asked to resign, even without providing any project Opportunities. For Employees not ready to resign due to project unavailability, HR will have a separate call and explain on how their career will change if the employeedont resign. Opportunity for cross training is very very limited and employee ready to cross train and work is limited to known circle personnel's. Promotions & Appraisals doesn't look very straight forward. Hike Percentage is very Low (Despite of TOP Ratings). Technical evaluation process for certain grade of employees happens in such a way, that So called Senior employee who evaluates the employee will try to prove that "Senior Employee" is always superior, and the guy who gives the evaluation should always be less knowledgeable. Though company is spread across multiple location. Many Managers restrict their team to work only in their(Managers) preferred locations. Many Managers think/say that "CUSTOMER IS GOD" and wanted the team under them also to behave in the same "Customer Worship" mode. They dont care for employees personal life. WLB : Promotion : Job Security Work satisfaction Company culture In my opinion , there are the some policies at ltimindtree that could use improvemt. here are a few instance that highlight my concerns. 1: Despite working 12 hrs on holidays, comp offs is n't granted if the office isn't physically visited that day. 2: Earned leaves are being deducted for not being present at the office, even when contributing a minimum of 11 hrs daily for a client. 3: Appraisal process are demotivating here .. often delayed , no arrears and ranging between 1-5 %....Read More

should provide flexibility for Hybrid approach..need to review the HR policies especially on Sick leaves.. there is only option to apply minimum 3 days of sick with the help of medical certificate.. normally cold & fever will be one or two days and it is not required to get in hospitalized and get the certificate.. please look into this as work life balance pespective

No job security for freshers. No work life balance for freshers. Trainees will be terminated if they don't clear "Milestones" every 15 work days. No time to learn or revisit concepts. 60% of freshers do not clear the Milestones as there is no time to revisit concepts. Only come to work here if you like being overworked.
