Even after having Work from home policy of Company, we have to get multiple approvals from practice head, manager even if they approve HR are worst, they will just drag thing and not approve any exception. There are no projects who are long term and if you are released from project they will just force you to join any worst project.Overall, this company have worst culture to work. Work culture and work-life balance is very good, It is very peaceful to work at LTIMindtree. Office environment is excellent and motivate to work at office more than WFH.
Main concern is salary hikes and promotions, every time when we get hikes they are not motivating us to work and it is below the market standards.

Better project resources allocation and reduce dependence on key individuals could help balancing workloads. Got to learn SAP 4 HANA
Talent Acquisition team plays with candidate career, they take interview for one role and place candidate in a lower role everytime. HR do not response properly as well. Managers are not co-operative. No human emotions in LTI management. People are not getting leaves if they are unwell. L&T and LTIMindtree is totally different in terms of their work culture and employee job security. Don't go just for the sake of L&T. They only say we are doing hybrid mode but the people are not getting even one of WFH even they are sick. For me they took interview for Billing Supervisor and provided role for Sr. Billing Analyst by saying they don't have Supervisor role at the last moment and ask to leave if you can't continue. They don't provide hike as well to any employee HR only say they will provide but at last moment they ditch the employees. They mostly target employees who have career gap or who are serving notice period because those people will join at their terms they will not wait people to serve notice period and put them on hold....Read More

I'm from B.Sc (non B.Tech), they locked 4y Bond & mention Mtech(4y program) sponsor, that is not free they took my salary to pay. And this is mandatory to take else they are not give job. If joined mtech will lately started mtech program and nearly 5y happend until now hike, no promotion. Salary is fixed for 4y. Good learning programs, hybrid work culture with 2 days work from office. Good projects and work.
Mid level management, directors are toxic. They have unrealistic expectations without any understanding of ground level reality or even lack the willingness to understand. They make commitments and then expect you to deliver at any costs. Plus the amount of toxicity when they talk to you is beyond your imagination if you are coming from a company with compassionate managers.
