The only positive thing in L&T Infotech is that you get the salary on 28th of the same month.

Every year, L&T Infotech is terminating 10% of the employees. If you get a low rating, you will get terminated. If you are on the bench for more than 3 months, you will get terminated. If you ask for project change or have differences with your manager, you will get terminated.
