Work life balance. Culture is good. Work load is less which will help you to focus on building skills in free time other than project work. Various good training are available.

Dislikes

Job security is less. If you are on the bench for more than 2 months than they will forcefully ask you to resign and leave the organization within 1 month. Projects are not really good here as per my experience. You won't achieve personal growth in this company.

Sick leave policy - you cant take sick leave for a day, you need to take for 3 days and need to submit certificate. No appraisal for 2 years. No projects, most of time you will be on bench. Added compulsion to seat for 6 hours in office for 2 days. Manager will not allow to take leave.

Kept on bench for a lot of time. Later got an onsite opportunity, during work when they came to know about my pregnancy, cancelled my deputation and was kept on bench till maternity leave. NOT preferring candidates coming from maternity leaves for projects.

Sometimes wont find the respect for the work. Duration between appraisal cycle and hike letter is too long Getting into good project is random at best. You dont have too much control.

The only good thing as of now is company is giving on-time salary.

Everything, starting from management to infrastructure to admin support team. No hike from past 3 years, No proper communication to the employees, micromanagent, if someone ask something to HR about increment letter on company's engage portal they are been forced to delete the posts. They are forcing to take the interviews on weekdays and weekends but do not want to pay for it.
