Dislikes

While my experience at LTIMindtree has been largely positive, there are certain areas where the company could improve. Better project resources allocation and reduce dependence on key individuals could help balancing workloads. Streamlining internal process like approvals and issue resolution would also boost efficiency.

Working at MNC like LTIMindtree was in my bucketlist, I have got everything that I was thinking from a good manager to a good client. Salary is something that is never got delayed. I am a new lateral joiner here, soon to complete the 3 months these days were awesome.

Its only the canteen menu inside office, we have to deal with the same menu everyday.

1) Not frequent recognition; if recognition is been asked then probably it isnt a recognition. You get alot of praise offline but nothing happens in terms of actual recognition which results in demotivation at times. 2) Long timers salary is highly compromised and it is high time that this should be looked into else there would be consequences which might start happening.

Internal tools and processes taking so long time to get it, specially procurement there are lot of questions being asked by the finance team even customer is willing to pay for those tools, hardware and services. HR policies are very bad in terms of incentive, it's not penetrating to warrior who really works on ground.
