It depends on projects.
Company pays very less increment. Company structure is getting poor. Company has less job security. Every project has some sort of interview and the work will be tiresome in some cases. Once in bench, it gets difficult to find project based on skill. We have to again showcase our skills to get job even though we have good project experience.

There are some likes if not none for learning opportunity by applying to courses.
There is a lot to dislike. The promotions are really bad. Compensation to work ratio is very poor and you will always feel under paid. You can sell samosa and earn more than working here. The managers know that you should be promoted and your compensation should be revised but they will not do it.

Everything is good here apart from salary and hikes. The management under Media and Entertainment is very friendly and supportive. There is no work pressure and it depends on projects.

Job Security, work life balance are two main factors to stay long at this organization which takes a big headache out of our mind. Next thing is the learning opportunities, which are immense and one can easily switch from one field/technology/Domain to another. And forgot, mentorship is good and the support from the seniors is good as well.

All good but if company considers the infra hurdle a bit would help a lot. I feel two gaps: 1. While working in Hybrid mode of Yin-Yang model, one fine morning when you wont reach office you may not find a seat to work from office. Then you pick some transport and run to other building. Still luck may not favor when you reach to theother building. 2. Even if you manage to book a seat you may not find a place to park your vehicle. Having no option to return home. Cheers.
