Recent developments where the bonus payouts are changed from quarterly to half yearly. HR Offboarding team is more interested in deducting your hard earned money from your FnF. The inhand salary is way lesser and it’s so difficult to figure out why the money has been deducted. Promotions are rare even if you are the top performer. Reporting Manager never bothers to clarify what rating has been given to you and why. the organisation has put employees in a fear atmosphere... senior management is highly unprofessional and very biased with their known buddies. HR takes no action against inspite of proofs oferred about senior manager behaviour... account/customer base not growing over last 10 year
