This is best example of being worst company in Indian IT consulting sector. It has no culture,no process no organisational mechanism. Just bunch of few jokers running the organisation inspired by cynical SN Subrahmanyan who wants all employees to work 24*7 on salary similar to peanuts

With such a big company, attention to each individuals through immediate reporting manager, regarding challenges and resolution, career growth plan discussions. Quick re-assignments to new projects, with in same client or new client.

Some onsite policies can be improved to help deputed employees settle in foreign soil by providing assistance through agency tie ups.

There are no clear roadmap and guidance on the Career growth and roadmap. We are loosing more talented associates than the poor performers. This is giving opportunities for the other set of team members to stay back here just to sustain the situation. We are operating the same for the past 4 years. Work life balance. Culture is good. Work load is less which will help you to focus on building skills in free time other than project work. Various good training are available.

Dislikes

Job security is less. If you are on the bench for more than 2 months than they will forcefully ask you to resign and leave the organization within 1 month. Projects are not really good here as per my experience. You won't achieve personal growth in this company.

Brham Sudharshan is one of the worst team leads I have ever seen. He constantly micromanages everyone, even freshers, to the point where they also complain about him. He behaves as if he is the manager or even the CEO of the company.

1. Company was very good when it was mindtree, Company culture collapsed after L&T merger. 2. SAP practise is worst , no hikes, no profit, no promotions. 3. Senior management never respond to any concerns. No response in teams or email. 4. Poor alignment within verticals and lot of politics and conflict between mindtree and LnT folks ultimately impacting employees career progress.

You will get salary monthly, no jib security toxic work place, managers threatens us, there is no concept of 90 days notice period for any reason if manager decides the next day they will terminate you with out Amny prior intimation.

I worked for one year and Biased management, threatens us everyday no job security l, once you resign for any reason you will be asked to leave the Company on the same day, no job security, HR's communication is rough and unprofessional. Biased culture and workplace politics and toxic environment.
