Which Company Should I join?

I have received offer from 3 companies namely---> Hexaware, TCS and LTI and each respectively for 4lpa, 3.4lpa and 4lpa. But I am confused which one should I take people say I should prefer TCS but the pay is not high and I've also heard that there is benching period with no proper hike and once someone leaves TCS they can never join back. Coming back to Hexaware I have not received proper offer letter but just a letter of intent, and LTI has a good pay comparatively but I know nothing about the compnay and their work culture.

Best part of LTIMindtree is people, friendly, easy to approach, considerate and you feel like talking or to them again for any issues.

Dislikes

Salary hike, and the compensation increase is not as expected.
