Good hiring process, you get hired immediately and company does not waste time on issuing the offer letters. Offices are standardized and you receive good gifts from the company.

Dislikes

No skip level meetings, no transperancy of work to the senior managers and management, poor appraisals, logged in after the shift timings 3-4 times in a week. Work dissatisfaction and bad culture. If any candidate is joined on contract, then the candidate is kept on contract for atleast 3-4 years, later you are hired as a retainer employee (where the employee and employer PF is not being contributed) and the candidate is kept on retainer for 2-3 years. Leave policy is very bad ,sick leave minimum 3days to take and submit hospital discharge summary. Even employees not getting minimum hike 2 % Outsource and no team will available individual contribution required.

Job security , if your are join as contactor or third party pay roll so management will be 100% layoff without giving any notice , because i have completed only 10 moth after joining and management decide to layoff all

If you take early releiveing of 30 days with 30+ leaves also Payroll team deduct more money even by encashing leaves and no proper update in full and final settlement. And no proper update from HR team on deduction. Totally unfair...very disappointed Dear folks whoever wants early early releiveing please get the letter confirming on settlement and resign.

Good Organization and here work environment is ok. And depend on requirement you will get opportunity, otherwise wait for opportunity whenever its available, If our luck is good then I will get opportunity within a time line otherwise you can be outside as per policy.

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 ....Read More

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final
