LTIMindtree TOP LEADERSHIP is running behind Revenue Growth alone. When projects are not available employees are asked to resign, even without providing any project Opportunities. For Employees not ready to resign due to project unavailability, HR will have a separate call and explain on how their career will change if the employeedont resign. Opportunity for cross training is very very limited and employee ready to cross train and work is limited to known circle personnel's. Promotions & Appraisals doesn't look very straight forward. Hike Percentage is very Low (Despite of TOP Ratings). Technical evaluation process for certain grade of employees happens in such a way, that So called Senior employee who evaluates the employee will try to prove that "Senior Employee" is always superior, and the guy who gives the evaluation should always be less knowledgeable. There is no professionalism within the manager and leads, they will offboard you without any notice, even if you are the critical resource and upon asking the reason they dont even say the reason and on even if you are on your vacation they put you on bench and only 2 months before you find yourself another project, and if you are unlucky then your employment will be terminated as well

It really depends on the project you are allocated to and the team that you are working with. I got a great and supportive team. I have greater flexibility in working hours since our client is US based. Get to learn and explore a lot of new stuff.
