There is no job security at all. Till the time you are billable you are safe and the day you are not align with billable role you will put into Bench and have 60 days to find project on your own otherwise forces to resign on 60th day

The organisation has a vast presence in many cities . Even in tier two cities. This supports work life balance very well . The bench policy permits new joiners settle with the organisation. Skill development programs offered . The best part is salary gets credited earlier than most other organisations.
Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.

Hybrid policy, for new Joiners after 60-90 days, they will not allow Hybrid. If you are not allocated to the project.
They will hire employee even they are not having opportunities, if they don't get any opportunity in future 3-4 months, HR will ask to resign and they will not allow Hybrid if you are on Bench, whoever is high aging on Bench and not getting any projects for their current location then Manager/WFM team will force to relocate to other locations/cities where the opportunities are available.

1. Company was very good when it was mindtree, Company culture collapsed after L&T merger. 2. SAP practise is worst , no hikes, no profit, no promotions. 3. You will get salary monthly, no jib security toxic work place, managers threatens us, there is no concept of 90 days notice period for any reason if manager decides the next day they will terminate you with out Amny prior intimation.
I worked for one year and Biased management, threatens us everyday no job security l, once you resign for any reason you will be asked to leave the Company on the same day, no job security, HR's communication is rough and unprofessional. Biased culture and workplace politics and toxic environment.

It's a "middle class" company - people are kind and down to earth in general. Everyone is helpful. The culture used to be really good at Mindtree before the merger with LTI happened.
- Culture isn't good from a corporate standpoint. After the merger, culture went downhill. - People are not motivated to work - hiring practices are not good, general calibre of people is on the lower end. But for this salary, it's hard to get good candidates. - I joined in May 2022, and my salary increment has been 5% in the last ~years (it is Feb 2025 now). Infact in 2023, I got 2% hike even though my annual review rating was 3 out of 4. In 2024, I got a rating of 4 on 4 and my salary increment was 2.5%. - They change the annual review cycle to whenever they want. We are seeing appraisal cycle of 15-16 months each because they say they haven't been performing. But that's not true - the CEO doesn't take a pay cut. His earnings keep increasing while we don't get a hike. - They have way too many people on the bench but the company is also losing projects and accounts left right and centre to other competitors in the market. - HR and the Workforce Management team don't really care about you - they only focus on enforcing policies. Meaning if you've been on the bench for more than 60 days, they will call you and ask you to resign. - On projects, I've had to be online and support the US team at midnight/1-2 am even though I'm technically on a day time 9-6 shift. We don't get paid overtime and they just automatically expect us to work and be available at all times. - They ask you to come to office all 5 days if you're on the bench. And if you are non compliant, they deduct your leaves. That way when they ask you to resign, they don't have to compensate you for your leaves as part of the severance....Read More

No projects. Even though you are into some project, you are just getting billed with no work. Projects are of short term where i have seen 15-25 days of project. Stressful environment when you are on bench and Workforce management here is worst, no ethics and your profile will be put under some reskilling or upskilling, which just goes in vain. Its just wasting our time in completing multiple courses without any project interviews. They just put your profile across multiple clients where you have to give multiple rounds of interview, which I have not seen in service based companies atleast. Some even have 4-5 rounds where we have to visit the Client location itself to get your skills tested😂 Consultancies offer you with high package saying they have huge requirement, but that's not true here. Only get into this company if you want to get a higher package and chill for few months. I regret for opting LTI when I had other options. The appraisal cycle is very bad, the appraisal cycle should be in April but for the last 2 years, the hike is being given at the end of November without arrear and it is very low 2-5%. Many freshers have joined for Rs. 4 lakhs, package for those with 3 years experience is less than Rs. 5 lakhs.
