Compensation - Annual appraisal is not that satisfied and very dynamic every year Promotion Cycle - sometime gets very tedious to get recognize and get eligible for promotion even after longer service period. Cost Cutting - Now & then there are change in various policy from HR related to bonus, and Admin for travel,

In LTI we have lot of opportunity to upskill our technical skills, surrounded by like minds people which provide positive environment to work. Providing excellent platforms to learn new skills, they focus on both technical and behavioural skill which makes LTI stands out from other organisation.

LTIMindtree provides free of cost cab/bus facility & food facility (limited). Good work location infrastructure.

Dislikes

Annual hike process has been delayed by 2 quarters that too without giving arrears amount since last 2 years. Promotion & annual hike gets clubbed that too not at the extent to feel like being promoted. Post Mindtree merger with L&T Infotech things have changed.

The work life culture and learning new skills opportunities are very good.

Dislikes

The hike and salary and other benefits are okay. The cafeteria service is not that great and not good options for food.

Mindtree was good, now with LTI and Mindtree merger, it is no longer the same. Only learning opportunity and projects /clients are good with Top management focus on growth is good.

Company is spread across multiple locations. LTIMindtree provided transport facility & limited food facility on free of cost. LTIMindtree Office Campus (Owned) majorly are State-Of-the-Art.

LTIMindtree TOP LEADERSHIP is running behind Revenue Growth alone. When projects are not available employees are asked to resign, even without providing any project Opportunities. For Employees not ready to resign due to project unavailability, HR will have a separate call and explain on how their career will change if the employeedont resign. Opportunity for cross training is very very limited and employee ready to cross train and work is limited to known circle personnel's. Promotions & Appraisals doesn't look very straight forward. Hike Percentage is very Low (Despite of TOP Ratings). Technical evaluation process for certain grade of employees happens in such a way, that So called Senior employee who evaluates the employee will try to prove that "Senior Employee" is always superior, and the guy who gives the evaluation should always be less knowledgeable. Though company is spread across multiple location. Many Managers restrict their team to work only in their(Managers) preferred locations. Many Managers think/say that "CUSTOMER IS GOD" and wanted the team under them also to behave in the same "Customer Worship" mode. They dont care for employees personal life. Support from Practice and Managers I worked with, they always gave new options to explore and gave freedom to explore new things and do innovations, valued opinions and suggestions.

Being a large organization sometimes I feel visibility is missing. For such a large organization. Some more satellite offices are required to be opened to in tier#2 cities which help people operating from there. other nothing else.
