I have been in LTIMindtree for almost 6 years now and I like the open door policy to raise any concerns / provide suggestions. Also, there is freedom to take decisions at sub practice and project level with appropriate guidance.
Even though there are tie ups with multiple vendors such as Udemy and degreed, there should be more investment on providing learning opportunities for individual growth such as certification courses for List A management institutes, investing on new age technology courses for leaders.

LTIMindtree takes care of their employees: I have always been treated as a part of the LTIM family. Any issues whether professional or personal are taken care jointly so I have never felt left out. Any decisions on onsite movements are also well discussed and agreed so we are peacefully focussing on work.
