Even after having Work from home policy of Company, we have to get multiple approvals from practice head, manager even if they approve HR are worst, they will just drag thing and not approve any exception. Focus and Opportunities for learning is great CEO is good and top L&T leadership are probably good people however senior leadership below C level can be improved. The profile, history and legacy of the group organisation is excellent Many new offices have opened Organization is on growth trajectory , although pace should be improved.

Job Security, work life balance are two main factors to stay long at this organization which takes a big headache out of our mind. Next thing is the learning opportunities, which are immense and one can easily switch from one field/technology/Domain to another. And forgot, mentorship is good and the support from the seniors is good as well.

Dislikes

The salary growth and bonus is the only weak point. It's actually not that bad, but when the organization is competing with Big4, it lacks in the finance section.

Not at all employee friendly. I joined as a fresher and I have got rejected from all the projects as I had no experience. Not realising I had lesser experience than others. I was constantly removed from projects within 1-2 months and never got a chance to learn anything even though I actively completed all the trainings and certifications time to time. WLB : Promotion : Job Security Work satisfaction Company culture In my opinion , there are the some policies at ltimindtree that could use improvemt. here are a few instance that highlight my concerns. 1: Despite working 12 hrs on holidays, comp offs is n't granted if the office isn't physically visited that day. 2: Earned leaves are being deducted for not being present at the office, even when contributing a minimum of 11 hrs daily for a client. 3: Appraisal process are demotivating here .. often delayed , no arrears and ranging between 1-5 %....Read More

should provide flexibility for Hybrid approach..need to review the HR policies especially on Sick leaves.. there is only option to apply minimum 3 days of sick with the help of medical certificate.. normally cold & fever will be one or two days and it is not required to get in hospitalized and get the certificate.. please look into this as work life balance pespective

The infrastructure, cafeteria, cleanliness and order of the campus.

No job security for freshers. No work life balance for freshers. Trainees will be terminated if they don't clear "Milestones" every 15 work days. No time to learn or revisit concepts. 60% of freshers do not clear the Milestones as there is no time to revisit concepts. Only come to work here if you like being overworked.
