LTIMindtree offers hybrid working model, which is the best part, in metros it can take 2- 2.5 hr commute one side. Worklife balance is great due to the great company culture, no work pressure on weekends. No extended ad hoc work, everything is well planned and scheduled in advance. There are training and learning sessions planned very frequently.
