-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

It depends on project to project. From my experience, I like work-life balance, skill development sessions, and company culture.

Dislikes

Comparatively lower salaries, less annual salary hike, less promotions, frequent change in management and gap between management and employees.

Hybrid policy, for new Joiners after 60-90 days, they will not allow Hybrid. If you are not allocated to the project.

Dislikes

They will hire employee even they are not having opportunities, if they don't get any opportunity in future 3-4 months, HR will ask to resign and they will not allow Hybrid if you are on Bench, whoever is high aging on Bench and not getting any projects for their current location then Manager/WFM team will force to relocate to other locations/cities where the opportunities are available.

Some Managers are doing partiality based on south indian and north indian. They will give new opportunities to only those who are buttering them all the time. Talent or hard work will never get appreciated.

Not at all employee friendly. I joined as a fresher and I have got rejected from all the projects as I had no experience. Not realising I had lesser experience than others. I was constantly removed from projects within 1-2 months and never got a chance to learn anything even though I actively completed all the trainings and certifications time to time. Plus there was no transparency. I never understood what mistake I am doing in my work .. atleast I could have worked on it....Read More

WLB : Promotion : Job Security Work satisfaction Company culture In my opinion , there are the some policies at ltimindtree that could use improvemt. here are a few instance that highlight my concerns. 1: Despite working 12 hrs on holidays, comp offs is n't granted if the office isn't physically visited that day. 2: Earned leaves are being deducted for not being present at the office, even when contributing a minimum of 11 hrs daily for a client. 3: Appraisal process are demotivating here .. often delayed , no arrears and ranging between 1-5 %....Read More

I joined LTIMindtree as fresher and its being a hell of journey. I have completed 2 project and almost worked 10-12 hours in days along with weekend work. I have learnt alot but pressure wise its way alot for fresher. No on time appraisal my appraisal got delayed by 6 months without compensating.

Job security , if your are join as contactor or third party pay roll so management will be 100% layoff without giving any notice , because i have completed only 10 moth after joining and management decide to layoff all

If you take early releiveing of 30 days with 30+ leaves also Payroll team deduct more money even by encashing leaves and no proper update in full and final settlement. And no proper update from HR team on deduction. Totally unfair...very disappointed Dear folks whoever wants early early releiveing please get the letter confirming on settlement and resign.

Good Organization and here work environment is ok. And depend on requirement you will get opportunity, otherwise wait for opportunity whenever its available, If our luck is good then I will get opportunity within a time line otherwise you can be outside as per policy.

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 ....Read More

The Experience is horrible , no encouragement for learning new skill, even if you are capable you won't get opportunity for other projects.

Management is worst it's all about favoritism, your work skills doesn't matter. Ltimindtree doesn't have any promotion policy in place , so once you are in next 10 years you will be end up making same money
