Work Culture is Great around here. We have hybrid model for working, so that gives us so much flexibility to Work from home as well as work from office.
Dislikes
The Promotion and Increment Process is not satisfactory. Should give appreciation to those who deserve it.

Good work life balance and good company culture.

Less salary hikes makes it difficult to stay devoted to company. People are leaving this company just because of less salary hikes.
