Dislikes

IJP recuriment process is very worst. the interviewer treated like slave in the organisation. Sathis Babu from Bangalore who is working in Manyata Tech Park the way he took interview is pathatic. He thought himself founder of Kyndryl.

Job security - Bad

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
