Dislikes

They lack handling employees issues by blaming at lower position at that time, causing trust issues unnecessarily,thus not believing on managers to support us.

No work culture at all.Freshers are ill treated by Higher professional.No flexibility.No skill set improvement.They'll complaint about freshers for unnecessary reasons and criticise them very badly.They would never reason out with new employees to save their employees recognition.This is a very bad way to run a company.
