Manually interventions no automation in system so pathetic kind of processing of entire system It like Kotak is running 10 yrs behind then what HDFC , ICICI and Axis are using interface. Company giving so much time to know the product and process to build your skills. And one thing i was added kotak escalation team was there level 1 level 2 level 3 for alteat cm issues resolved till there.

Senior Management are so Stupid that they think they can coverup or hide poor bank service by providing Reversals. Instead of taking feedbacks on basics baking n services management wants NPS for reversals of charges on Escalations where its already mess. Shallow Management, unable to streamline any particular process they don't have clarity, just keeps of changing process to hide delay and mistakes. Technical team and IT system are soo Dumb that there is a new technical issue everyday. Managers don't know management, they think pressuring employees will yield Good Results. WMS is not Followed Worst MIS Don't have Bank Holiday Don't have Bonus Facilities Poor Training Worst Work life Balance No Overtime at all CTC and in-hand have unnecessary huge Diffrence.
