Nothing. We have immense pressure from mangement, long con calls. We spent our half day on con calls rest half day to explain why our productivity is low... Moreover in the morning we received one direction and in the evening another.

They just hire people without any scrutiny just to fulfill the seats.

Overall worst experience working here, nobody support for any kind of clarification, no customer satisfaction. If customer asking for any service they ask us to ignore and go for next customer, they just want business end of the day. They just give false information and sell products to customers

Ascend program and Kotak uber service for women but that too have been reduced to 5 times uber drop service in a month

There is no work life balance working till late , too much pressure , partiality, bad infrastructure, politics , hard core sales pressure

The only problem was less salary as compared to other banks and nbfc fresher employee salary

There is no job security at all our superiors will force us to put resignation and the company will not even provide the travel allowance even it is there in the job offer as they will say like you have to do 50products in a month to get travel allowance, and when ur serving ur notice period they will change the branch without informing you and the changed branch will be far 30kms away from homes.and one more thing is here we have to work frm 9:30am to 9pm even there after area managers and rbh call also they will never close the branch at all and all the staff has to wait till 9pm.
