The organisation has a very good structure in place. People are helpful and skill development and trainingwas fantastic when they outsourced it external. Tho internal faculty training from HR manager was horrific.

When you r on a category which is lower and there are sales which u have to look forward to. The amount of pressure is like drilling ur skull. There r concalls which are ment to feel bad about you. The working process is so complicated that it waste your time. Politics is eveywhere which is anyway a depressing factor. In shot working at that level brings no opportunity.
