Nothing. We have immense pressure from mangement, long con calls. We spent our half day on con calls rest half day to explain why our productivity is low... Moreover in the morning we received one direction and in the evening another.

They just hire people without any scrutiny just to fulfill the seats.

Nothing except good quality words and promises during hiring. Good infrastucture.

Dislikes

They have horrible management who are not capable of doing anything and just flowery words and words while hiring. They can be great speakers for motivation and when it comes to closing a deal they will start shifting blame on others when deal is not successful. There is nothing called work life balance even on all Saturdays and on month end Sundays also they will call just because the target of team is not met or target of region is not met or target of zone is not met whatever it is you have to come. Toxic work culture. No recognition even if you have done well, just a thumbs up in WhatsApp group with a promise that they have your name in mind for promotion which will go on for year after year. Kolkata WC team under SC is one such example whose fake flowery words and discrimination is one such example. Even while I was in hospital for 3 days, on 2nd day he was indirectly asking how much shall i disburse instead of asking for well being. Be ready for gaalis and uncivilized words if you want to join. Petty politics, biases towards certain employees, pathetic work culture and work life, no opportunities to advance regardless of how hard you work, negligent HR are just some. I would suggest to avoid at least in the tier 3 cities.

Lot of Vintages seniors there above 5 years old also 8 to 10 years old. Those are treat company and employees according. Lengthy work process take lot of time closed the cases. No tat meters even though customer salaried and senp. Minimal staff in opps take more time for disbursal not separate team for all products. Nothing to like. No support to juniors. One of the example kamia sharma in forex dpt gurgaon is completely bias for her one pet junior staff. She do not support other team members and speaks in harsh manner. Seniors also takes no action against her.
