Role - Talent Management & Culture Manager
Role Objective: To drive KLI's organizational growth and innovation by leading key initiatives in skill development, leadership training, and diversity and inclusion. This role will focus on nurturing a high-performance culture through strategic talent management, effective learning programs, and employee well-being initiatives, aligning all efforts with the organization's core values and strategic objectives. The aim is to create a dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking workplace that empowers employees at all levels.
Job Description:
Capability Development
1. Developing Future Ready Talent: Spearhead organizational development interventions with a focus on enhancing skills and capabilities in areas like digital literacy, design thinking, data analytics, and agile methodologies.
2. Leadership Development - 40 Under 40 Program: Oversee and manage the '40 Under 40' leadership development program, aimed at high-potential individuals within L4 to L6 cadres, fostering essential leadership qualities.
3. Facilitation of OD Learning Programs: Facilitate various organizational development learning programs and interventions, aligning them with the company's strategic goals.
4. Team Building and People Development: Participate in and contribute to team building interventions and other organizational tasks related to people development.
DEI & Wellbeing:
1. DEI Initiatives and Women's Leadership Program: Lead the diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, with a particular emphasis on Gender and People with Disabilities (PWD). Serve as the principal facilitator for the 'Transcendence Women's Leadership Development Program'.
2. Mental Health and Employee Well-being Programs: Manage and enhance the mental health and well-being programs, ensuring a supportive work environment for all employees.
Culture & Values
1. Culture Strategy and Building Initiatives: Actively engage in and contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's culture strategy, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
2. Driving Values: Design interventions to build a sense of Pride about the Org through its value framework (Bring to life values through Processes & People)
Talent Management:
1. Talent Review and Development: Program manage the Talent Review process using the 9-Box methodology, focusing on the development needs of employees, especially those on an 'inverted L' career path.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA in HR Preferred
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience in Talent Management, OD and Learning & Development.
- Proven track record in leading organizational development initiatives and managing talent review processes.
- Strong leadership, Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
Reporting Structure:
- This role involves managing three direct reports.
- The position reports to the SVP-HR and Head of OD, DEI, and Employee Experience.
Success Criteria:
- Successful implementation and measurable impact of OD interventions and future skill building programs.
- Effective management and notable outcomes from the '40 Under 40' leadership journey and Women's Leadership Development Program.
- Measurable progress in DEI initiatives, particularly in gender equality and PWD inclusion.
- Improved employee well-being and mental health metrics.
- Effective use of the 9-Box methodology in talent review, leading to meaningful development plans.
- Visible contribution to the organization's culture strategy and team-building initiatives.
- Active participation and positive impact on team and organizational learning programs.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and innovative leader capable of balancing strategic planning with practical implementation.
