Job Description:

Employer Value Proposition (EVP):

- Develop and communicate a compelling EVP that attracts and retains top talent.

- Ensure the EVP is reflected in all HR practices and communication.

- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the EVP internally and externally.

- Employer Branding initiatives: Lead initiatives to achieve and maintain Great Place to Work certification and other such certifications.

- Revisit Competency Framework and Values and identify relevance for future.

- Initiatives to ensure all Bankers live and demonstrate expected values/ behaviours.

Lead Various Cultural Initiatives:

- Conduct regular culture assessments ( Employee feedback, amber, Glassdoor etc) and provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Organize and facilitate culture-building activities, events, and initiatives and integrate it with other HR processes- including initiatives such as:

- Focus on promoting a culture of Compliance, Culture of Recognition, etc.

- Work on Design and implementation of Hybrid work policy.

- Culture of recognition.

- Provide support on HR compliance/ policies.

Learning and Development:

- Assess training needs.

- Design, implement, and manage learning and development programs that support employee growth and organizational goals. Develop e-learning modules, workshops, and other training materials.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in learning and development.
