Role - Lead Organisation Development
Organisation Structure & Design
1. Analysing organisation business structuresfor outcomes related to efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
3. Present thought-leadership and ideas to leader's/leadership team to influence
Change agenda and drive consensus for Change through sustained efforts and clear action plans.
Talent Management
1. Diagnosing key Talent Management processes (Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Pathing, exits etc) and streamlining of the same through benchmarking and continuous incorporation of organisational inputs
Leadership Development
1. Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials across organisational grade cohorts for Hi-Pots and Solid Citizens of the organisation.
2. Embedding and systematizing a coaching and mentoring culture in the organisation by supporting/providing coaching to Managers to drive high performance in their teams
3. Administering personality profiles and self-awareness tools and counselling on the same to support development and drive high performance across teams.
4. Scanning the environment for external development opportunities and interventions to support the Hi-Pot Talent development.
5. Diagnosing and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives for specific business/ channel requirements.
Partnering with HRBPs on OD agenda
1. Consulting and collaborating with other HR leaders in the function to support and deliver on the OD agenda in the Zones
Survey Design and Implementation - Org Diagnostics
1. Designing, implementing relevant surveys that help evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions and identify/ recommend ways to enhance efficiency and adaptability within the organization
Stakeholder Relationships and Communications
1. Keeping all stakeholders apprised of all developments relating to OD interventions and their impact, periodically through data based insights and updates.
2. Advising and recommending efficient and cost-effective solutions for identified OD challenges
3. Documenting processes and presenting periodic progress reports to leadership team.
Vendor/Knowledge-Partner Management
1. Selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing vendor-related risks and ensuring service delivery as per planned organisational standards/mandates
Budget Management;
1. Prepares budgetary recommendations that meet departmental goals and provide for effective management of resources.
2. Manage a designated OD and learning and development budget ensuring that value for money is achieved through expected ROI, monitoring and control of planned versus actual expenditure etc
Desired Skill-Sets
1. Evidence of delivering and evaluating management and leadership programmes and development initiatives through from need identification, through to course design and delivery that shows a change in behaviour and/or mind-set.
2. Strong 'hands-on' TM/ OD/ implementation experience.
3. A strong track record of working with senior level management teams on strategy and change formulation, implementation and evaluation.
4. Assembles complex ideas, issues and observations into solutions for others. Innovates by looking at issues from different perspectives.
5. Able to influence, persuade and negotiate to achieve positive outcomes. Highly developed interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
6. Resilient and flexible to change, with an ability to manage high workload, conflicting priorities and pressure.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA in HR Preferred
- 12 + years of relevant work experience in Talent Management, OD and Learning & Development.
- Proven track record in leading organizational development initiatives and managing talent review processes.
- Strong leadership, Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
