Job Description : The Director - Learning + OD will be responsible for formulating and implementing learning and organizational development strategies to ensure top-notch employee development. This role also includes promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Description:
Learning Strategy & Program Design:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Lead the creation of tailored learning journeys for various employee segments (e.g., leadership, emerging leaders, campus recruits), ensuring engagement and scalability.
- Collaborate with business leaders and managers to understand team development needs and create targeted development programs.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify high-potential (Hi-Pot) talent, Champion the development of high potentials and high performers identified in the Talent Review; ensure creation and follow through on developmental action plans
- Use feedback from stakeholders and participants to refine and improve learning programs continuously.
- Partner with leadership teams to drive change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and enhancing organizational agility during transformation.
- Open to Mumbai as a location
- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the financial services industry
