Job Description : The Director - Learning + OD will be responsible for formulating and implementing learning and organizational development strategies to ensure top-notch employee development. This role also includes promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Client Details:

Our client is a prominent player in the financial services sector. They are a large organization with a widespread presence, providing services to various industries across the globe.

Description:

Learning Strategy & Program Design:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.

- Lead the creation of tailored learning journeys for various employee segments (e.g., leadership, emerging leaders, campus recruits), ensuring engagement and scalability.


Training Needs Analysis (TNI) & Hi-Pot Identification & Succession Planning:

- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNI) to identify skills gaps and emerging learning requirements across departments.

- Collaborate with business leaders and managers to understand team development needs and create targeted development programs.



- Partner with senior leaders to identify high-potential (Hi-Pot) talent, Champion the development of high potentials and high performers identified in the Talent Review; ensure creation and follow through on developmental action plans


Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

- Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and managers to ensure L&D initiatives align with strategic goals and address team-specific needs.

Performance Metrics & Impact Measurement:

- Track and analyse the effectiveness of L&D programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business impact, leadership growth, and ROI.

- Use feedback from stakeholders and participants to refine and improve learning programs continuously.


Organizational Development & Change Management:

- Lead organizational development initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and improvement.

- Partner with leadership teams to drive change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and enhancing organizational agility during transformation.


Profile:

A successful 'Director - Learning + OD' should have:

- A minimum of 15 years of overall experience in the Learning & OD domain.

- Open to Mumbai as a location



- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the financial services industry
