Nothing is moving as it's almost end of July and still there is no sign of appraisals.. All wait for their ratings and appraisals. We cna compare with peer banks like hdfc icici bank

People in opeartions are having good time as still there is very less pressure for sales as compared to hdfc bank and icici bank. People should be transferred asap if. They are not working as expected by the bank. Though kra is important but why should always BM should have Fun for sales pressure.
