Business Unit - Channel Team (Digital) - Wholesale Banking

Channel Team in wholesale banking , is a specialized team that manages digital platforms and solutions or corporate clients. Channel Team is responsible for strategy Development, Platform Management, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation , Compliance & Security and Performance Optimization. The team bridges corporate banking, IT operations, and external partners, ensuring seamless ,secure and innovative banking experience for corporate clients.

Job Role :

- Analyze the current loan drawdown process and identify areas for digitization and automation.

- Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design user-friendly digital workflows.

- Develop and maintain process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.

- Ensure the proposed solutions comply with regulatory and risk requirements.

- Support testing and validation of new digital features to ensure alignment with business needs.

- Train stakeholders on new processes and provide post-implementation support.

Job Requirement :

- MBA from premium institute with engineering background.

- 5+ years of experience preferably in banking or financial services.

- Strong understanding of loan processes for non-individuals such as SME/MSME/Corporates.

- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio.

- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
