So I joined here as a fresher and I feel like that was the best decision I ever take . First they gave me a 2 months of complete training which was seriously enough . I never had this long training in any other company . The trainer or anything there was absolutely perfect . Everyone is so understanding and helpful . So flexible to work and you feel like a family over there

The role was for technical support chat but they pressurized to make sales didn't mentioned in the interview process about sales. Its like the role is for sales process not technical support..if sales are not done on daily basis they give you warnings and feedbacks like level 2 and 3.
