It's a good place to work land to get a growth if you are looking to get a faster growth, you can join here as there is lot of opportunities but there will be a lot of pressure.

Dislikes

The work culture is not so good. It becomes very difficult to manage personal and professional life together due to frequent shift and week off change. Appraisal and hikes are also not so satisfactory however

There's nothing good about this place, worst management, too much of pressure on the employees. Talking about salary hike is too bad, not even 2% per year. No job security here, it's upto ur team manager, they can terminate you in quick seconds for no reason, they will create one if they want to. Over all worst place to work!

Good work environment and maximum efforts were put by the head team to make agents feel no burden

The yearly hike is low compared to other companies and hence we feel we aren't deserving the salary for our hardwork
