Average work environment & I would not call culture at all Teammates are always supportive Worst management I have ever seen in my career 😑 HR is for name sake but of no use, if u tell them the concerns they will say one statement " will get back to you " but they don't as they already know that There is an Yearly appraisal depending upon performance score card but don't expect much bcoz u will be disappointed after u look that. Forget about Bonus, night shift allowances, sadaxo coupons, no free food. Cab is free by God's grace 🙏 Carrier growth depending upon process and then politics will be involved as we all know about this 👍 so let's forget the Carrier growth also. There are no best things about this company to describe. Unfortunately few processes we for micromanagement which is so disgusting 😕.
