Not even a single positpoint. My Only suggestion to all who planning to join Knoah Solutions is PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME. Choose wisely, it's your career. Mainly girls please don't join here, you won't even get respect for being a women. You might get explanation from the HR for these negative reviews but trust me I faced alit of challenges only because of this organization.

Senior director Bhavani Vora is too much favourable towards and does not give importance to boys and she doesn’t care if the employee is leaving the organisation as you all can see from past 4 months how many QA’s left from QA COE process and in future many are ready to leave just because of the Bhavani vora and coming to AM Lohit purshotham he is a womaniser he flirts and uses girls cheap character. There is zero job security. They will remove you whever they want by telling that business requirements. First they will hire on their requirement season much more candidates more than requirement after the month is finished they will remove you without any notice period.

Here HR department is cool, you can work with fake experience, give them some money. I made several complaints but of no use.

Never seen HR department so lazy, they don't take any actions against illegal activities. Maybe they are incompetent for the job.

They can fire you anytime, if by any chance you leave the company because of health issues or personal issues without serving the notice period, they will never issue relieving letter or experience letter and they will also keep the deposit. The only good thing about company is you will get your salary on time.

At IntouchCX, I’ve noticed some problems that affect our work experience. The canteen in tower 2 is not clean, which makes me worry about food safety. Also, there are issues with office politics and favoritism, making it hard to get along as a team. On top of that, the company cab comes two hours earlier than needed, which can be inconvenient. It was a good experience with people and some good activities and I enjoyed there a lot.

Dislikes

the leaves approvals was very bad and they are just blackmailing employees about leaves they won't approve leaves and the salary was very low as a fresher I don't know about experienced one. There was no responsibility on the behaviour of higher authorities and there is no much coordination.
