Here HR department is cool, you can work with fake experience, give them some money. I made several complaints but of no use.

Dislikes

Never seen HR department so lazy, they don't take any actions against illegal activities. Maybe they are incompetent for the job.

Strict break timings No consecutive weekoffs Main aim to reach sales targets They don't inform in training and interview but their motto is sales Work pressure No life balance ghost shifts

If you think this situation cannot get even worse, the company will take it as a challenge! Split weekoffs - 6th day incentives are chump change Need to change company name as PIP 247 they can remove you with in 2-4 weeks or less If needed when January starts Use and throw. No human values

The Dislikes I Would Say The Working From Office Because The Office Is Really Far From My Place So Hopefully The Give Cabs From Routematic But Still It’s A Headache To Go Up And Down From My Place.
