No Hikes this year as well they said they'll give 5-8% but for peoples who recieved ECR (Early career rewards) they didn't give hike which is quite disappointing. because, worst part is they were only giving 5 % whereas even maid wants 10% hike every year. We work really hard and in return what we hear? that a lateral joinee getting double package while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I am writing this at 3 AM finished overtime without any additoinal pay + no hikes. It's really frustrating. From a fresher perspective, the campus, the exposure to IT world is a great experience and you can learn with infosys learning platform lex. It's a great start.

Dislikes

From a fresher perspective, You will get project based on your luck or if you know someone in there who can pull you into their project. The growth is not much for fresher people. People have to leave the company after 2.5-3 years to grow. Because for the same amount of work, the market salary will be minimum of 3x times. Even for senior roles also, the hikes and all is bare minimum.

I was hired as a contract basis ,I have given 100% I handled H1B visa cases at peak time ,i handled more than 100 cases per day but the manager Deepa didn't recognise and I don't suddenly she terminated me and 2 more members. Still i don't know why she terminated us.
