I didn't receive the expected salary. They treated senior and junior developers equally in terms of work. The workload is the same for freshers and experienced individuals, but there is a salary difference.

Wlb poor for Specialist Programmer they will charge huge money frm client but they will pay only 6% of it. No hike getting same salary for last 3 years And they reduced my salary based on manager(Senior Project Manager )politics. Don't trust any one here
