People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus
No good hike. For JL4 , JL5... 6-8%. I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .
Work policy: We were asked to come 5 day in our project though others were not coming in same project

No Hikes this year as well they said they'll give 5-8% but for peoples who recieved ECR (Early career rewards) they didn't give hike which is quite disappointing. because, worst part is they were only giving 5 % whereas even maid wants 10% hike every year. We work really hard and in return what we hear? that a lateral joinee getting double package while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I am writing this at 3 AM finished overtime without any additoinal pay + no hikes. It's really frustrating. A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.
No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

Nothing to like, all are practically bootlickers, only those will survive who licks boots, there are no friends if you think you have you are wrong, nobody will help, toxic manager vinil paliwal and their lead shailendra Pandey and senior manager piyali bagchi running project and forced me to sign resignation even when I was not in their project for more than 1 year
Everything, nothing to like, this is just a company I want to see getting destroyed , especially Kolkata branch all toxic beareaucrates are basically in senior position and in even organisation teams, everything is just money

Job security is definitely there for skilled resources. There are opportunities to learn new skills. Work life balance depends on what kind of project you are in.

Apart from skill development, there has been nothing so far.
Everything problem, no proper project, no proper facilities to sit if you want to go office you have to chase your seats via application otherwise you will get seats, if you don't go office they wont approve your timesheets so LOP. Initially, they ill say they have all project post on boarding even if your IL employee they ill put into BPO projects which will start by 10PM to 5AM. no promotions no appraisal from the company if you ask about appraisal manager will say its the company's decision. if they decided not to give appraisal or promotion then what is the use of filling goals and other stuff? it's all joke in this environment, this is only for selected regions people and who don't want to work or maintain the dignity in work place....Read More

Working culture is totally depends upon client and project. For our project there WFO-hybrid is not mandatory upto JL5 l, so that is good thing for me.
Appraisal/promotion not happened sonce last 3 years, no project party, no team lunch, no diwali bonus/gift. Comp-off will get if you worked for 2 days then only you get 1 comp-off, no extra pay.
